London Bridge Office

PRESS RELEASE
For Immediate Distribution

2 March 2015

Remus, the specialist independent firm of Managing Agents, managing apartment buildings and estates of residential houses and apartments throughout England and Wales, are pleased to announce they are moving their Prime Central London Office to London Bridge.

The new office, right in the geographic centre of London, with direct access to the Jubilee line, the Northern Line and Mainline Rail, will improve the service they offer their residents in North, South, East and West London.

This fantastic and very lively environment to work in, with the delights of Borough Market, Shakespeare’s Globe, Tate Modern, and Hays Galleria all within a 5 minute walk, will aid Remus’ drive to recruit and retain the best property management team.

With this new office Remus continues its strategy of creating a national network of offices, to provide local services to their Residents, supported by the considerable centralised “back office” infrastructure that only a larger firm can provide.

Geoff Robson (MD) “What our residents’ want is a good service delivered by a friendly, local, face at a sensible price. We are continuing to invest in local infrastructure to keep our property management team as close as possible to our residents. Our success, to date, in serving our residents’ needs, has allowed us to continue to invest in the business and to guarantee our future success.”

Sebastian Church (FD) “We continue to improve our residents’ experience by investing in our business. We follow a philosophical mission of continuous improvements, trying to make everything a little better every week, every month and every year. Our new London Bridge Office is part of this strategy. It is, however, just one part of a rolling cycle of investment and improvement which will ensure Remus’ position as a top 10 firm with national coverage both now and into the future”
