Geoff is an industry veteran with over 40 years' experience. He has worked at all levels across the property management side of the business and brings a wealth of experience to bear from the inside out.

Outside of Remus, Geoff enjoys following rugby, and is a former player, as well as the lost cause of supporting Newcastle United!
On joining Remus in 2010, Helen set up our Wales and West Office in Cardiff. Over eight years she built the office up to seven team members with a full and growing portfolio. Her experience as a former regional manager has given her a keen insight in to the needs of taking new builds in to management and the requirements of our developer clients.
Lindsay has been working in the property sector for the last twenty years, with the last ten years working in business development with a variety of clients ranging from top ten housebuilders to freehold investor landlords and residents management companies. With a real understanding of the clients and potential purchasers' needs from initial site set up through launch, to handover to operational management, Lindsay has worked on developments ranging from large scale consortium developments of upwards of 3,000 units, to high-end mixed-use city centre developments and listed building conversions.
Paul has 16 years’ experience within property and is AssocRICS qualified and both a Fellow (FIRPM) and a director of the IRPM.
Before joining Remus in April 2014, Paul worked client side for a large London freeholder, so has first-hand experience of what many of our clients need from a managing agent. He was also a director of a firm of surveyors in Sussex.
Billie supports the Director of Property Management and brings over 12 years of experience as an accomplished Property Manager, to the team. Billie has worked in a variety of fields including estate agency, lettings, and block management, both for independent and national managing agents.
Nikki heads up our new business team which deals with handovers of new properties in to management. Together with a team of four, this department smoothly handles the on-boarding of up to 5,000 homes per annum.
Ben heads up the corporate accounting team which handles the financial affairs of the company. Ben has over 20 years of experience and is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
As Head of Client Finance and Administration, Terry's team manage all customer-facing finance matters, from accounts preparation and audit, debt collection, supplier payments, conveyancing, and property transfers. Terry brings 15 years experience in a variety of senior finance roles, managing large finance teams through system implementation and restructures across multiple industries.
Terry has been a member of FCCA for 13 years.
