We only use vetted contractors to make sure they’re qualified, insured, and have the relevant assessments in place. This important step prevents fraud and ensures the contractors we work with deliver a consistent level of service. This process makes all the difference for residents and makes your job easier too.

We work alongside schemes such as CHAS and Safe Contractor to help make the process easier for contractors who have already fulfilled the requirements under these accreditations.This process is reviewed annually to ensure standards are continually maintained.
