Typically, you will need to give your current managing agent three months notice or more. Within that time frame, we can have consulted with you and formed a realistic and solid plan for the future management of your development. Sometimes you may not have the power to appoint a managing agent or the authority to appoint us will not sit with you. If so, please still contact us as we may be able to advise.
