1. Our free consultation with you will include a no-obligation review of your service charge budget, to see how we can achieve lower prices and ensure that the budget covers everything that's required. We can even supply a quote for your buildings insurance.
2. This is followed by a face to face meeting to understand the issues you may be facing, plus it gives us a chance to familiarise ourselves with your estate.
3. We will then give you our recommendations of the services that we can provide to best suit your estate. We may not always be able to help or save you money (we will be very open with you on this after our assessment), but a fresh start with a new team may well yield a better service over time.
4. If you decide to switch to Remus, we will liaise with the outgoing agent to ensure a smooth handover of all relevant documents, keys, service charge funds and other relevant information. This is a process that we are familiar with and have very clear procedures already in place.

Typically, you will need to give your current managing agent three months notice or more. Within that time frame, we can have consulted with you and formed a realistic and solid plan for the future management of your development. Sometimes you may not have the power to appoint a managing agent or the authority to appoint us will not sit with you. If so, please still contact us as we may be able to advise.
