We generally act for the resident management company (RMC) or the freehold owner of the property. In short, we sit between the resident and those responsible for the maintenance of the common areas of the private estate or property. A hands-on approach to property management ensures your buildings are maintained to the standard to which they were built, and your investment is always protected. Our daily aim is to ensure a nice place to live, and we achieve this by setting a realistic and credible service or estate charge that will cover all work required.

Your local regional office is your main point of day-to-day contact. This office is led by a regional manager and your property will have a dedicated property manager supported by an assistant property manager. This team is backed up by a centralised support team based in our Salisbury head office who provides accounting and certain administrative support. Your team is available between the hours of 8:45am and 5:15pm Monday to Friday. We can also provide an out-of-hours service for all other times during the week and throughout the weekend, so we're here for you 24/7 should you have an emergency.
