Two new Regional Directors for Remus

We are delighted to announce the appointment of two new Regional Directors for Remus Management.
Welcome to Billie Shuter and Joanna Medley. Billie Shuter has been promoted from Deputy Head of Property Management to Regional Director (West), and we welcome Joanna Medley as Regional Director (East).
Billie is responsible for our Birmingham, Manchester, Cardiff, Newbury and Plymouth teams. She brings over 12 years of experience as an accomplished Property Manager, to the team. Billie has worked in a variety of fields including estate agency, lettings, and block management, both for independent and national managing agents.
Jo brings 30 years’ experience working in property management in both the public and private sectors including running her own property management consultancy. Jo has had responsibility for varied portfolios from listed buildings, traditional build houses to complex blocks with complicated M&E and facilities including hotels, gyms, restaurant, lakes etc. In addition, Jo has worked with developers in the successful mobilisation and integration of new developments into management.
