What’s included in Estate Management?
- Our trusted estate management teams will maintain and repair your grounds, green spaces, parking and communal areas
- All apartment blocks have scheduled cleaning and general maintenance, including redecoration of entrances and hallways, and machinery and lifts have regular risk assessments
- Our team makes sure the building complies to all health & safety regulations to keep residents and staff safe
- Collecting estate service charges is an integral part of our role and keeps maintenance moving forward.
Working with a range of residential property developers from a National House Builder to a private investment estate, we utilise our expert manpower, the latest online resources, and a trusted, certified, and insured network of contractors. We operate in line with and are regulated by the RICS, and employ accredited residential managers with years of experience, which means we have the best teams using the correct internal procedures and controls to effectively manage any estate in London.
Each development that we are appointed is treated with an individual approach, targeting the needs of the client and those of the residents alike, but the collection of the estate service charge is of course a fundamental part of our role as Property Managing Agent.
