What We Do

The services we provide ensure that all common parts of your property or development are kept clean, safe, and compliant.

We generally act for the resident management company (RMC) or the freehold owner of the property. In short, we sit between the resident and those responsible for the maintenance of the common areas of the private estate or property. A hands-on approach to property management ensures your buildings are maintained to the standard in which they were built, and your investment is always protected. Our daily aim is to ensure a nice place to live, and we achieve this by setting a realistic and credible service or estate charge that will cover all works required.


Our regional managers and property managers are either Associates or fully qualified Members of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), or are actively working towards achieving this qualification.


As part of the Fexco Property Services group, we have access to a wider range of professionals across different specialisms, including health and safety, surveying, IT and project management. A detailed list of our day-to-day management services can be seen on our Home Owners page.

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • We’re available via our regional offices and a central head office during working hours
  • Homeowners have a 24/7 emergency repair service
  • Regular site visits and drop-in clinics by your property manager giving you a personal 1-1 touch
  • If you choose to receive mail from us, we'll send updates to your property via relevant and informative newsletters
  • We arrange and attend residents’ meetings and AGMs to ensure that you have every opportunity to speak to us, face to face

There's an office near you

Your local regional office is your main point of day-to-day contact. This office is led by a regional manager and your property will have a dedicated property manager supported by an assistant property manager. This team is backed up by a centralised support team based in our Salisbury head office who provides accounting and certain administrative support. Your team is available between the hours of 8:45am and 5:15pm Monday to Friday. We can also provide an out-of-hours service for all other times during the week and throughout the weekend, so we're here for you 24/7 should you have an emergency.
